Halloween Part I Activities and Rewards
The v0.16.18 event offers two goals: collect Candy for Pumpkin Jack's exchanges, or pursue the boss chain for a chance at Crimson Heart.

Candy at the Witch Houses
Go to Witchwood Forest and collect Candy at the witches' houses. If you have visited the forest before, Fenric in Halen Village can teleport you back. See locations and fast travel for his travel service.
Pumpkin Jack's Candy Exchanges
Take Candy to Pumpkin Jack to exchange it for Pumpkin Head, Halloween Aura, or a larger Candy bag. Choose an event item if you want its look, or a larger bag if you want more room for Candy.
Ceryn Fragments, Witch Regent and Crimson Heart
Defeat Ceryn, the Cinderweaver to obtain Ceryn Fragments. Offer three fragments at the altar beside the giant tree to summon Witch Regent. The boss can drop a rare Crimson Heart, which awakens the Crimson Grimoire's passive ability.
